MNPS Virtual School is committed to supporting students and families with technical assistance needs associated with our learning management system (Schoology) or any other technical challenges associated with with online learning, including email, login information, and MNPS issued devices.

If you require assistance, submit a ticket to the Technical Help Desk. Answer all questions completely and accurately. An executive leader of MNPS Virtual School will contact you once the issue is resolved or to request additional information on how to best support you.

MNPS Virtual School is committed to providing timely responses to student and family communications (i.e., 24 hour response times for questions submitted via phone, Teams chat, email, or within the course). Please note, 24 hour response times excludes weekends, district holidays, and Virtual School breaks.

If a teacher or other staff member has not honored this commitment, please let Virtual School know. We are committed to resolving all communication challenges that you may be experiencing.
