Student access to Microsoft Office 365 Access

All Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) students have district access to Microsoft Office 365. Office 365 offers email, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, calendar options, space to save documents on the Cloud (i.e., OneDrive), and much more! To access and log into Microsoft Office 365, students should visit https://login.microsoftonline.com. Access is also available directly from MNPS Virtual School's homepage. If a student has any issues logging into their MNPS Microsoft Office 365 account, it is the student's responsibility to submit a Technical Help Ticket.

 

Student Access to Schoology

All teaching and learning at MNPS Virtual School occur within a learning management system (LMS) named Schoology. To access Schoology, students should visit https://mnps.schoology.com. Access is also available directly from MNPS Virtual School's homepage. Students use their Microsoft Office 365 email address as the "user name" to log in. The password to log in is the same password the student uses for Office 365. If a student has any issues logging into Schoology, they should submit a Technical Help Ticket.

 

Student Access to Campus Portal

Student Campus Portal allows students on-demand access to official grades, attendance, assessment data, such as Universal Screeners, TCAP, EOC, and WIDA ACCESS scores, and a record of behavioral incidents. Student access Student Campus Portal using their MNPS username (i.e., MNPS email address without @mnpsk12.org) and the same password used for Office 365. Questions regarding parent access to Student Campus Portal can be directed to Mr. Hawk, Student Success Coordinator.

Parent Access to Schoology

A Schoology parent account is a useful tool for helping your student remain on pace, accessing your student's grades, and supporting teacher communication. You can access the account from any computer with an internet connection. Parents requesting an account for Schoology should submit a Parent/Guardian Schoology Account Request. Questions regarding parent access to Schoology can be directed to Mr. Hawk, Student Success Coordinator.

In some situations, students retake a course for credit recovery purposes in Edgenuity. If enrolled in an Edgenuity course, learners should visit https://auth.edgenuity.com/Login/Login/Student. Access is also available directly from MNPS Virtual School's homepage. If a student has any issues logging into Edgenuity, they should submit a Technical Help Ticket.
