MNPS Virtual School is committed to providing students and families support with timely and accurate responses to all inquiries. Due to high call volumes, a help ticket ensures a timely response to all communications. Help tickets are automatically sent to the appropriate Virtual School team member(s) for resolution.

Students are required to use their district-issued mnpsk12.org email address when communicating with MNPS Virtual School.
